OVERVIEW
Heartflo is a mindfulness and meditation app designed to help users pause, breathe, and reconnect with their emotions.
The experience focuses on reducing stress through guided breathing, mindful recordings, and gentle emotional check-ins. Rather than overwhelming users with choices, Heartflo introduces calm through simplicity—using soft visuals, warm colors, and an emotionally intelligent flow that supports reflection after every session.
The onboarding experience is designed to feel welcoming and human, easing users into meditation with minimal effort while building emotional awareness from the very first interaction.

Heartflo’s interface is built around clarity and emotional comfort. The screens are minimal, distraction-free, and intentionally paced to guide users through breathing exercises, meditation sessions, and post-session reflection. Warm color tones, soft gradients, and clear typography work together to create a peaceful visual rhythm.
The app includes 30+ refined mindful recordings, stress-relief breathing sessions, and simple interaction patterns that make meditation approachable for both new and experienced users. Every design decision focuses on helping users feel present, relaxed, and supported.


APP WORKFLOW
A mindful flow built around daily reflection and progress.
Heartflo guides users through a simple daily routine—meditate, reflect, and track emotional well-being. After each session, users log their mood, view their daily activity percentage, and record short notes about how they feel.
Over time, the app analyzes mood patterns and progress, helping users understand emotional changes and build consistent mindfulness habits. The workflow is designed to support long-term well-being without creating cognitive overload.


THE HEARTFLO CHARACTER
A gentle emotional companion throughout the journey.
The Heartflo character is designed as a non-verbal, heart-shaped presence that reflects the user’s emotional state after meditation. Instead of instructions or feedback messages, the character uses simple expressions to communicate calm, neutrality, or positivity.
This character builds emotional connection without pressure, helping users reflect on their feelings naturally. It adds warmth to the experience while maintaining the quiet, meditative tone of the app.

Over the years, the way people buy fresh food has changed. Customers now expect not just quality, but trust, transparency, and a brand they can rely on. In a space often crowded with noise and inconsistency, many fresh seafood businesses struggle to stand out while maintaining credibility.
Amid this shift, Fishwala set out to redefine how fresh seafood is experienced. With a vision to bring clarity, confidence, and consistency to the everyday buying journey, the brand approached us to shape a strong and recognizable identity for its next phase of growth.
